Brief History of the Faculty of Pure & Applied Science. The faculty of Pure and Applied Science was established in the year 2014 from the faculty of Engineering technology. The faculty started with 3 departments which are Mathematics & Statistics, Computer science &Science Laboratory Technology.
Over the years, the faculty had grown into 5 departments which are Mathematics & Statistics, Agricultural Technology, Physical sciences, life sciences and Science Laboratory Technology.
The faculty offers Higher National Diploma (HND) in Statistics, HND Applied Chemistry, HND Biochemistry , HND Microbiology, HND Environmental Biology, HND Physics with Electronics.
It also offers National Diploma (ND) in Science Laboratory Technology, ND Agricultural Technology and ND Statistics.
